Update from Mexico ~ Nov 17th

Greetings & Salutations Beloved Friends & Family ~

This is Heather with David’s update regarding his medical status:

“On Sunday November 16, 2008, I had a conversation with Dr. Munos. For the neck pain Dr. Munos expects another 2 to 3 weeks with bone building treatments and suggested a better neck brace that has pads on the shoulders. He will be working to get me an appointment on Tuesday to see the pain specialist for another shot in my neck. In 2 to 3 weeks we will do another cat scan. For the left eye Dr. Munos is also going to try and schedule an appointment on Tuesday to see a neurologist.

People who have had the right lobe, which is 70% of the liver, removed can function on the left lobe, which is 30% of the liver. The big tumor is in the left lobe and there are three small tumors in the right lobe. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks we will do another cat scan of the abdomen (probably at the same time as the neck) mainly looking for the most shrinkage in the right smaller tumors and we may do surgery to remove the left lobe of the liver to remove the large tumor.”

Heather again...

David’s doctors, Dr. Munos, Dr. Mancilla and Dr. Sanchez, along with the staff and other patients here are some of the nicest people I have ever met and they come by daily to make sure David is ok and give him what he needs. I have repeatedly heard people say “Dr. Munos is a miracle worker”.

Yesterday David said loud and clear “I will never give up” and he started today saying things are going to turn around and they were in fact much better than yesterday ~ his pain level was down. When posssible he migrates from his hospital bed to another bed in the room, he has adopted a gentle yoga stretching and movement routine while lying supine.

The outpouring of love and support is beyond heartwarming. There are now four fundraisers set up:

*Nov 23rd:
Film Screening Benefit of the movie The 11th Hour at the Sebastopol Community Center

*Nov 29th:
Drumming at 2 Acre Wood in Sebastopol

*Nov 30th:
Massage'arama at Odd Fellows Hall in Sebastopol

*Dec 5th:
Benefit concert & Healing Ritual at Santa Rosa Church of Religious Science

Volunteers to help get the word out and work the Nov 29th and Dec 5th benefits are welcome. See details about each of the above events a few blogs down.

David's medical expenses will now likely be more in the $40,000 to $80,000 range with the proposed surgical procedure to the left lobe of his liver so these fundraising benefits and everyone’s generous donations are so appreciated.

Remember the medical intuitive’s message for David's loving and supportive community: "While connecting to Spirit, continue to hold David in your prayers and visualize him Whole, Healthy and Happy with incredible Strength and Courage."

In Love & The Most Radiant Healing Light
